Anchovies fillet has a rich, piquant taste and dissolves if adding in sauces, leaving only its taste and smell.
Anchovies fillet is often added to sauces for pasta or pizza.

Ingredients
- 250 gr tagliatelle or spaghetti
- 1 can of anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 small chili pepper
- 7-8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley
- 100 gr fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp of grated parmesan
- Olive oil

Method of cooking
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, chili pepper, green onion, sun-dried tomatoes and anchovies. Stir constantly until the anchovies dissolve in the oil.
Add chopped fresh tomatoes, salt, pepper and parsley.
Add previously boiled spaghetti, stir, hold on fire for 1-2 minutes until the ingredients combine.
Add the spinach. Stir well and keep until the spinach is cooked. Do not overcook the spinach, it should retain its texture.
Transfer spaghetti to serving plates, and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
