Pasta with shrimp, leek and cream cheese sauce is an amazingly rich dish that is easy and fast to cook. You can choose any pasta you like: spaghetti, tagliatelle, penne, and prepare an unsurpassed dinner for your family.
Ingredients
- 250 gr tagliatelle pasta
- 250 cleaned shrimps
- 1 leek
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of grated parmesan
- 200 gr cream 33% fat
- Zest of half a lime
- Mint for decoration

Method of cooking
Clean the leek, cut only the white part.
Pour olive oil into a heated pan, add leeks, chopped garlic, and a sprig of thyme and butter.
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add shrimp and pour cream on top.
If the liquid you have is not enough, pour a few tablespoons of water in which the pasta was cooked in the sauce.
Cook the sauce for 10 minutes, add grated Parmesan and lime zest.
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
Mix everything well and keep it on fire for 1-2 minutes more. If the sauce is not creamy, leave it for another couple of minutes.
Transfer pasta with shrimp to serving plates, shake with fresh mint and add Parmesan petals.
