Believe me or not, but while eating this potatoes, I was thinking about Odesa. Anchovies is not just a small fich, it has sea smell. The recipe is very simple, just boil the potaoes and season with anchovies. But I just needed to share this taste experience with you. 

 

It’s abut summer, sea, salted taste on your lips, and lots of happy memories. 

Because all our memories are bound to tastes or smells we feel in that moment.

Method

Boil the potatoes in salted water.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add all the anchovies. This is how we flavor the oil. Add chopped green onions. Keep on fire for 2-3 minutes.

Put the potatoes on a plate, pour olive oil with anchovies and onions on top. Shake with chopped dill.

I served this potatoes with herring fillet, and cucumber and tomato salad.
