Cherry and pecan brownies

Brownie is a classic chocolate cake of American cuisine. There are cherries and pecans in this recipe to diversify the flavor and add texture. You can use other nuts that you like, for example – walnut. For a more festive option, you can cover the top of the brownie with meringue, ganache or cream, and decorate with chocolate shavings.

Method of cooking

Melt butter, add dark chocolate, leave for 5 minutes, then mix well. Add sugar, stir. Add eggs one at a time, mix well after each one.

Sift flour with salt. Add to the chocolate mixture. Place in a parchment-lined form, level with a spatula.

Carefully dip the frozen cherry into the brownie. Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees. Then get a brownie and sprinkle with pecans.

Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes. The middle of the brownie should be undercooked. Leave in the form until completely cool.
