Rolls with pita and lightly salted salmon
Once I saw a nice-looking green pita bread, and imagined eating beautiful fish and avocado rolls right away. I didn’t stop on imagining, as I cooked the rolls, so I’ll share this recipe.
It’s better to cook the rolls and serve them right away, as with time avocado gets dark, so it looks not too appetizing. You can replace avocado with fresh cucumber, just cut out the seeds in the middle.

Method of cooking
Add finely chopped dill to the cream cheese, mix.
Cut the salmon into thin strips.
Cut avocado, add salt, pepper, then sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Grease the pita bread with cream cheese, lay out rows of sliced salmon and avocado on top.
Be sure to sprinkle with lemon juice, it will give freshness and neutralize the oily taste of the fish.
Wrap the rolls with the help of food film, leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut and serve as an appetizer for lunch or on holidays.
