Pizza with home-made sauce
1 hour + 1,5 hours to let the dough rise
I would ask you first to use good-quality ingredients for pizza. In Ukraine we have a stereotype that for pizza we get the cheapest cheese, and add almost non-eadible ingredients as toppings.
Pizza is extremely dainty if you cook it with taste.
Below you will find a recipe of multipurpose dough and home-made pizza sauce as well as my variant of topping.

Get a big bowl. With this quantity of water you’ll get 3 pizzas approximately 30 cm in diameter, depending on how thin you will roll out the dough.
If you want the douhg in the pizza to be soft, roll it out not too thin.
Pour warm water in the bowl. Dissolve the yeast, then add sugar, salt, olive oil. Then add flour in parts.
Mix everything well with a spoon, then knead the dough by hand right there in the bowl for 10-15 min.
Cover the douhg with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1,5 hours to rise.
While the dough is resting, let’s prepare the sauce.
Fry the onion, garlic, and sweet pepper on a pan, add salt, pepper, dry oregano, paprica, and tabasco sause (you can also add a chili pepper).
When the vegetables turn golden, add 1 can of whole canned tomatoes. Stir everything and stew for 30 min on low heat. Then taste it and blend with a blender. You will get an amazingly reach sause that can be used not only on pizza, but also for rice or pasta.
You can do it to your taste, but don’t add too many ingredients. There musn’t be too much topping.
Form the pizza
Divide all the dough in 3 equal parts and roll them out one by one. Put sauce on the base, then cheese (there is no mistake, cheese will be under the topping, in this way the topping will cook well and look good), then the rest of the ingredients.
Bake the pizza 15-20 min 200 °C, I do it on high temperatures. It helps pizza get crysty on the outside and soft inside.
Decorate your pizza while it’s hot with green herbs, you can use basil, parsley, green onion. You can also use spinach or even nuts as decoration.
