Baked cauliflower with yogurt dressing

It may be difficult to call this dish a complete dinner, but you can always put baked cauliflower on the dinner table as an additional dish or appetizer. Although it may well be lunch in the summer time.

Preparation

Divide the cabbage into florets, large ones cut into smaller pieces. Season and drizzle generously with olive oil. Place in a baking dish and put it into the oven heated to 180 degrees C. Bake for 20 minutes, check, it may take more time.

Make yogurt dressing. Finely chop all vegetables and herbs for the dressing. Bring the olive oil to a boil and pour over the vegetables and herbs on a plate. This way they will become fragrant.

Put Greek yogurt on the lavash bread, then baked cabbage on the yogurt, and then pour over the fragrant mixture on top. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves on top. 

It can be served as an independent dish, as well as with grilled meat.
