Method of cooking

Prepare the mackerel. Clean and wash.

Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Peel the beets, cut them into rings, put them on the bottom of the baking dish.

Salt the beets, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Put cranberries, crushed garlic cloves, thyme, and fish on the beets.

Put onion and parsley cut into rings inside the mackerel. If you have a natural seasoning for fish, you can use it.

Pour little olive oil on everything.

Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
