Carefully! It will be difficult for you to control yourself while the dessert is being prepared. Baileys chocolate and cream flavors, coffee, vanilla, cocoa – it seems that all your favorite flavors are combined in one dessert.
The main condition for making tiramisu: always use quality ingredients. Note the dark alkalized cocoa for the sprinkles. Dark cocoa has a rich chocolate taste and an incredible aroma, as well as a beautiful color.
Ingredients
- 1 package Savoyard cookies
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 300 g cream 33%
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 200 g espresso
- 75 g hot water
- 50 g Baileys + 30 g (to cream)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa for sprinkling

Method of cooking
Prepare one rectangular shape or serving glasses for desserts.
Brew espresso or buy it at a coffee shop. Add boiled hot water and liqueur to the coffee.
Prepare the cream. Put mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla and Baileys in a bowl. Beat at minimum speed until the ingredients are combined.
Whip the cream separately. Carefully combine with mascarpone using a silicone spatula.
Dip the cookies in coffee, put them in a mold, put cream on top. Next, another layer of cookies and cream. Level the surface with a spatula. Shake with moisture-proof dark cocoa.
Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to stabilize.
