You will spend minimum time and effort to bake oat cookies.
Using fast-cooking oatmeal you will get a more delicate and soft cookie texture than while using the long-cooking oatmeal. This ingredients does not affect the taste, only the texture.
It is better to take dried or smoked cranberries for cookies. Wash and leave for 15 minutes in orange juice.
The number of ingredients is for 12 cookies.

- 120 gr butter
- 1 egg
- 115 gr powdered sugar
- 120 gr all-purpose flour
- 5 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 5 gr nutmeg
- 150 gr oatmeal flakes
- 150 gr dried cranberries

Method of cooking
Add oatmeal flakes and cranberries. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Form balls of 50-55 grams each with wet hands. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment, at a distance from each other. The cookies increase in the baking process.
Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
