Oat milk pancakes
These are express-breakfast pancakes. I always have some 200 gr oat milk cans at hand. When I have no idea what to cook I make pancakes.
You can transform a simple pancake breakfast into a dessert with adding caramelized apples or ice-cream.

Method of cooking
The oat milk gives pancakes their characteristic aroma and caramel color.
Mix eggs with sugar.
Add vanilla paste, vegetable oil, oat milk and flour. You need to watch the consistency. The dough should not be thick, as for ordinary pancakes.
Fry on medium heat, on both sides, you can grease the pan with oil using a brush.
Serve with honey, berries and nuts.
Put butter, peeled and cubed apples on a heated pan, sprinkle sugar on top.
Caramelize on both sides until the apples get a beautiful caramel color.
