COMPLEXITY

easily

One of my favorite recipes. It is quick to make and at the same time we get a delicious breakfast. The creamy taste of cheeses, the freshness of pears, the aroma of thyme and all this in tartlet made of crispy phyllo dough.

I think such tartlets can be a great appetizer, not only breakfast.

Ingredients

Phyllo dough

Preparation

Cut the phyllo dough into 12/12 cm squares. You need three squares for one tartlet.

Brush each square with melted butter.

Place in paper molds with a diameter of 10 cm. One on top of each other.

Separately mix Adyghe cheese and Ricotta.

Add an egg, mix everything well and place in four tartlets.

Place a piece of ripe pear, a sprig of thyme, and small pieces of Gorgonzola cheese on top.

Bake at 180 degrees C until golden brown. You can sprinkle with honey.

Serve hot with coffee.
