Choose your favorite vegetables, and you can substitute asparagus with asparagus beans. In winter feel free to use frozen vegetables.

Method of cooking

Add chopped onions, cherry tomatoes, asparagus without tops, and pieces of pancetta (pancetta is an option addition) in a frying pan with olive oil, season. Fry for 3-4 minutes

Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, chopped green onion.

Pour the mix over the vegetables, lay out the upper parts of the asparagus that we will place on top. Put everything in an oven heated to 160°C and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished frittata with dill.
