Filo dough, pears, and cheese pie
I insist that you cook this pie for a breakfast. It is extremely good, simple to cook, and fast to bake. But I am sure that you will cook it not only for breakfasts further on.
In my blog you will find master classes that will be interesting for both beginners and professionals.
I am a practicing confectioner and I will teach you how to make delicious and exquisite confections at home.
Method of cooking
Take a 16 or 18 cm baking mold.
Lay out the filo dough, three pieces, grease each piece with melted butter. Beautifully form the edges of the pie.
Filling: Ricotta cheese, Circassian cheese, 1 egg. Mix everything well, then put it in a mold. Place pears and Gorgonzola cheese on top. Bake at 180°C until ready.
While the pie is in the oven, cook onion rings. It is better to take white onion, it has a mild taste.
Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan, put onion rings and salt in there. Fry on low heat until the rings get transparent, golden.
Remove the pie from the oven and lay out the onion rings and fresh thyme on top.
