Taco is a dish of Mexican cuisine. They are made from tortillas, which are filled with various fillings. Tacos are a very popular appetizer at parties. You can arrange all the ingredients on the table, prepare the tortillas, and the guests will make the tacos themselves.
I chose chicken, but you can use fried ground meat, sausages, pancetta or even vegetable options.
Avocado Tacos
- 4 tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 2 green onions
- cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- 1 chicken fillet cut in long strips and then baked or fried
Put mayonnaise, chicken, seasoned avocado, greens, sprinkle with lime juice in folded tortillas.

Tacos with vegetables
- 1 eggplant
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoons of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Cut the prepared eggplant into cubes, place it on a baking sheet. Add olive oil, dried oregano, salt, pepper, smoked paprika. Bake in convection oven at 180 degrees C until golden brown. Do not overbake so that the cubes rodent loose their shape. Stir periodically. Cool and use in Tacos.
Put sweet and sour sauce, eggplant, roasted pepper, canned corn, greens, and feta cheese in the prepared tortillas.
