New year's orange salad
There is already a delicious salad recipe for the festive table on the website (link to the recipe), but I decided to prepare a modern version of the “Orange” salad for you.
By changing the presentation and preparation of some ingredients, I got a new interesting salad with the aroma of oranges.
The salad has a contrast of sweet and salty tastes, as well as a contrast of temperatures – warm fried fillet and cold salad. I am sure you will like the recipe and will prepare it for the New Year’s table.

Method of cooking
Wash and marinate the chicken fillet. Fry the pieces of fillet in olive oil until they become of a beautiful ruddy color.
Boil the eggs.
Put the salad leaves on a serving dish, pour the sauce on top of it.
Put pieces of fried fillet on the salad and add eggs cut into four parts.
Add Korean carrots, and cheese.
Peel the orange and lay out the orange fillet, decorating the salad.
You can additionally rub orange peel on top to enhance the aroma.
