French toasts

20 minutes

2 servings

It is the favorite breakfast of my husband. By the way, it has he who taught me to cook french toasts.

You can use toast bread, Panettone, or a usual bread for the toasts. If I buy toast bread, it usually goes in thin slices, so I get 2 of them at a time and dip in egg mixture. Thin slices are not so juicy. Be sure to add cinnamon, as it is not only for taste here, but for the color.

Master classes

In my blog you will find master classes that will be interesting for both beginners and professionals.

I am a practicing confectioner and I will teach you how to make delicious and exquisite confections at home.

Method of cooking

Mix all the ingredients with a whisk.

Heat a frying pan with butter and vegetable oil. Vegetable oil should be added so that the butter does not burn while frying.

Dip each piece of toasted bread or panettone into the milk-egg mixture, fry on medium heat on both sides.

Toasts should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Place on a plate, drizzle with honey, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.

Add a handful of fresh berries or serve with jams.
