Method of cooking
Mix all the ingredients with a whisk.
Heat a frying pan with butter and vegetable oil. Vegetable oil should be added so that the butter does not burn while frying.
Dip each piece of toasted bread or panettone into the milk-egg mixture, fry on medium heat on both sides.
Toasts should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Place on a plate, drizzle with honey, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
Add a handful of fresh berries or serve with jams.
