- 200 gr baked pumpkin puree
- 65 gr roasted pumpkin seeds
- 500 gr all-purpose flour
- 10 gr salt
- 50 gr sugar
- 50 gr olive oil
- 150 gr water
- 15 gr fresh yeast or 6 gr dry yeast

Method of cooking
Bake the pumpkin in the oven. Keep in mind that there should be twice as much raw pumpkin to get the desired volume of puree. Cool down and blend in a blender.
Fry the seeds in olive oil, you can add a little cumin to taste.
Add all ingredients except seeds and water to the mixer bowl.
Start kneading with the hook attachment, gradually pouring in water.
Knead the dough to a smooth texture. It should stop sticking to the walls of the bowl.
Add the seeds, mix. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 min at room temperature.
Form one or two round loaves from the dough, transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Cover with a towel.
Put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
With the help of a brush, lightly coat the bread with water, sprinkle with seeds and make a crosswise cut with the help of a blade.
Bake for 30 min at 180°C. Cool down completely.
