Method of cooking

Dry the bread on a grill or a pan.

Fry marinated shrimp on both sides for 1 minute.

Dice mango, avocado, onion, and chili pepper. Season with lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lime zest. Mix well.

Spread salsa on bread, top with shrimp and fresh herbs.
