In my recipe, pampushky contain more cheese than flour and baking powder. You do not have to wait long, you can fry immediately.
Fill the finished pampushky with any filling using a pastry bag. These can be jams, custard, kurds, or chocolate.

- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar powder
- 130 g of flour
- 10 g of baking powder
- Lemon or orange peel, vanilla to taste
- 0.5 l of oil for deep-frying
- Powder for sprinkle
