In my recipe, pampushky contain more cheese than flour and baking powder. You do not have to wait long, you can fry immediately.

Method of cooking

Blend eggs and cheese. 

Add peel, vanilla, and powdered sugar, to the cheese. Mix.

Combine the flour with the baking powder.

Pour in the cheese mass, and stir. Form pampushky of 30 g each with wet hands.

Fry in a deep-fryer at 170 degrees on both sides until golden.

Put on a paper towel, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ready-made pampushky can be filled with a confectionery bag. A filling can be jams, custard, kurds, or chocolate.
