Stuffed eggs is a very convenient appetizer for any holiday, or you can cook them for dinner. 

Just boil a few eggs, get a can of tuna or liver, greens, seasoning, and you have a tasty dish ready to go!


I often cook stuffed eggs for Easter. 

When you have lots of boiled eggs, one can vary their consuming with different recipes.

Method of cooking

Boil the eggs. Cut them in half.

Carefully remove the yolks.

Transfer egg yolks, cod liver, salt and pepper to a bowl. Season with mayonnaise and mix well with a fork.

Using a pastry bag and a closed star nozzle, place the filling on the prepared eggs.

Shake with green onions.
