Lots of fresh greens, a cucumber, eggs, and shrimp. You can substitute shrimp for chicken, turkey, or cheese.
I seasoned the salad with mayonnaise, but you can also choose a lighter variant of seasoning. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 300 gr boiled shrimp
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 150 gr canned corn
- 2 green onions
- 50 gr fresh parsley and dill
- Mayonnaise for dressing
