Baked chicken wings and potatoes

PREPARATION

1 hour

PORTIONS

2-4 servings

COMPLEXITY

easily

It’s a dish liked by everyone not only for simplicity and rapidity in cooking. If you exclude potatoes and other vegetables, you’ll get crunchy wings in tomato-honey sauce.

And if you need a side dish, just add vegetables on the baking tray to the wings. It goes well with rice and salad too.

Master classes

In my blog you will find master classes that will be interesting for both beginners and professionals.

I am a practicing confectioner and I will teach you how to make delicious and exquisite confections at home.

Method

Marinate the wings in olive oil, soy sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, lemon zest.

Place potatoes, chopped onion, tomatoes on a baking tray, season everything with salt and pepper and pour olive oil. You can add a few sprigs of thyme.

Place the wings on top of the vegetables. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Then grease the wings with the tomato-honey mixture. Bake till ready.

Get the tray from the oven and sprinkle with green onions and dill.

You can bake the wings separately, then they will get more crispy and brown, as there will be no vegetable juices on the baking tray. In both cases, it’s delicious. You decide by yourself how to cook.
