It’s always a good idea to have granola stock. You just get 2-3 tablespoons, pour yogurt on top, add some berries or fruits, honey or maple syrup, and the breakfast is ready. If you make your granola breakfast in a jar you can take it as a snack. 

 

Usually I pour yogurt on granola in the evening and add honey and fruits in the morning. It is very convenient and fast. Home-made honey granola.

Heat the honey, oil and juice until combined, pour over the oatmeal with nuts, seeds and spices. Stir well.

Bake for 30 minutes at 160°C.

Open the oven every 7 minutes and stir the granola.
