If you bouhgt a mix of frozen seafood and have no idea what to do with it, cook pasta. 

 

Usually such mix is already seasoned and ready to eat. 

All we need to do is defrost it, and cook a little more. Be sure not to overcook it, as then seafood will get a rubbery taste. 

Choose good-quality seafood that you are confident in.

Method of cooking

Boil tagliatelle in salted water.

Defrost your seafood.

Heat olive oil in a pan, put seafood together with sauce there, add cream. Simmer with open lid for 2-3 minutes, but only if the seafood you bought is already cooked. Season to taste.

Put the pasta in the seafood, hold it on fire for 1 minute until the ingredients combine.

Serve on plates, sprinkle with lemon juice, then also sprinkle with Parmesan, oregano and parsley.
