It was for one of my Christmas marathons that I wrote a recipe for baked potatoes. Of course you can prepare it throughout the year and serve it as a side dish to meat or fish.

Method of cooking

Heat olive oil in a pan, lay out sage leaves and fry. This is how we make the oil fragrant. Discard the leaves.

Wash the potatoes. Put the potato between two sushi sticks and make cuts with a knife. The sticks will prevent you from cutting the potatoes to the end. Make thin strips.

Add salt, pepper, dried herbs, and garlic to the olive oil. Coat each potato well. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees C until cooked through.

Sprinkle hot potatoes with fresh herbs. If it’s Christmas, you can add orange peel.
