2 hours of cooking,
5 hours of cooling
You can make the meat bread from any type of minced meat – pork, beef, turkey, or chicken.
You can use various baking mold – long, round, with a hole in the middle, or you can make your own mold from foil.
If you cook the meat bread for Easter, put a few boiled eggs inside to have a beautiful cut.
In my blog you will find master classes that will be interesting for both beginners and professionals.
I am a practicing confectioner and I will teach you how to make delicious and exquisite confections at home.
Method of cooking
Add egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix well.
Cut the carrot into cubes and add to the minced meat.
Cut the onion into very small cubes or grind it in a blender.
Beat the minced meat with the rest of the ingredients well on the table.
Cover the baking mold with baking parchment, I had a long mold for a cupcake.
Put the mixture in a mold, grease well with olive oil on top.
Bake at 180°C for up to 1 hour, and then carefully remove the bread along with the baking parchment, open it, and brush it again with olive oil.
Bake until a beautiful ruddy color.
Cool at room temperature, and then transfer to the fridge. The cooled meat bread will cut nicely and evenly.
Serve with a salad or as part of a meat plate.
