Cottage cheese cake with caramelized pears

A weekend breakfast that can be prepared beforehand. Tasty, aromatic, appetizing. It is very fast to cook. The decoration gives the cake its additional taste that you can change every time, so you have new combinations.
Enjoy a creamy cake taste with vanilla, a soft note of lemon, caramel, pears, and some cardamom. All ingredients are nos just simply mixed, but combined to create a unique rich taste.
Ingredients
- 2 packages of cottage cheese of 280 gr each
- 200 gr milk (can be replaced with 33% fat cream)
- 3 eggs
- 75 gr sugar
- 30 gr corn starch
- Zest of one lemon and juice of 0.5 lemon
- Vanilla paste 2 tsp
- 2 large pears
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp cardamom

Method of cooking
Take a baking mold 18 cm in diameter, or you can use a biscuit ring.
Line the mold with baking parchment and foil.
Blend the cheese and 100 gr of milk in a blender.
Add sugar.
Mix corn starch, then add the rest of the milk.
Gradually add eggs.
Insert lemon juice and zest.
Then add vanilla paste.
Pour the mass into the prepared mold.
Bake at 160°C for 1 hour.
Cool down.
Add butter to a heated pan.
Then add chopped pears with sugar. Caramelize, the pears will be covered with caramel and will become moderately soft.
Add cardamom, cool a little and put on a baking tray.
Pour the caramel that has formed at the bottom of the pan on top.
