Fry two eggs, put them on a paper towel.

Cut bagels in half, spread with cream cheese or sauce.

Put fried Halloumi cheese, eggs and green salad on the sauce, cover with the second part of the bun.

If you have bagels, you can make different combinations for breakfast, add fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. Fried bacon or pancetta will go well with the eggs. Also avocado, pieces of apple or pear.
