Preparation

Toast the bread in a pan with a non-stick coating until golden brown. 

Mash the avocado, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Fry the Halloumi cheese on both sides, you can cut it into squares, or you can leave it in strips. 

Put avocado, pieces of cheese on the bread, sprinkle with seeds and put microgreens on top.
