Method of cooking

Pour flour, sugar, and salt into a large bowl. Add egg and milk.

Knead soft, elastic dough.

Put on a work surface sprinkled with flour, cover with a cling film, and leave for 30 minutes.

Roll out thinly, but so that it is convenient to make the dumplings.

Cut circles 6 cm in diameter. If there is no template, take anything you have at hand.

Put the cheese stuffing on each circle, and join the edges firmly.

Put on a board sprinkled with flour. Freeze or cook immediately.

Dip the varenyky into boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes after they appear on the surface. 

Pour in melted butter and serve with sour cream.
