Method of cooking
Place the sausages, sliced pumpkin, and crushed garlic cloves on a baking tray.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil. Put rosemary sprigs and a few sage leaves on top.
Bake at 180°C for 30-40 min.
Serve with boiled bulgur.
