Salad with mackerel

Method of cooking
Wrap the potatoes in foil and sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper beforehand. If you have the opportunity to cook potatoes on coals, do it.
Boil the eggs for 5 minutes so that the yolk remains semi-liquid.
Clean and wash the mackerel. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper.
Put the fish on a heated grill. Cook for 10 minutes on each side, turning and checking for doneness.
Place lettuce leaves or salad mix on a large serving dish.
Add halved eggs, potatoes, and half of the mackerel to the salad and sprinkle with green onions.
Pour the sauce over the salad.
