You can prepare salad with mackerel not only for the festive table, but also as an independent dish for lunch or dinner.
The salad contains fish, potatoes and vegetables. A very nutritious and complete dish.
Ingredients
- 1 mackerel
- 1 sweet potato or 4 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- Choice of salad leaves
- green onion
- Mayonnaise sauce with garlic or dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add all the ingredients to a small jar and shake well.

Method of cooking
