The egg symbolizes the resurrection of Christ. In Ukraine, there is a tradition of colouring eggs and painting them with various symbols. Such eggs are called krashanky, pysanky, and krapanky, and it is with them that Easter morning begins.

Ingredients
- 1 package hibiscus
- 3-4 red beets
- 1 kg of onion, take the onion peel
- 1 purple cabbage
- 300 g of frozen blackberries
- 10-20 eggs are taken as needed

Method of cooking
Wash the beetroot and cut it into thin strips together with the skin.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips, a quarter of a large head or half of a small one.
I took a pack of hibiscus and used it all.
Peel 1 kg of onion.
Approximately 300 g of berries, depending on the number of eggs you dye.
The more eggs, the more dye because you need to add more water.
Put the ingredient, using which will paint into the pan and fill it with water. Put on the stove, bring to a boil, and boil for 10 minutes. Turn off, cover and leave overnight.
On the second day, divide the solution into two parts. We will boil eggs in a saucepan and pour part of the water into another container, where we will leave the eggs after cooking.
You can leave the eggs in the solution for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator to get a rich colour.
You can boil eggs in clean water and then put them in cold dyed water. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
These methods do not apply to onion skins. You can immediately boil eggs in it and get a beautiful colour without additional infusion.
Everyone asked for the beautiful blue colour of eggs – you can get it by dyeing white eggs with purple cabbage.
For getting cosmic eggs use hibiscus.
