I called the composition on the plate a new Ukrainian dessert. You can treat anyone with dumplings with chocolate and ice-cream, especially your friends from abroad. I am sure they will like this dessert. That is why I offer this variant of the famous dish.
I was positively impressed by dumpling custard dough, as it is very easy to cook.

- 500 gr all-purpose flour
- salt
- 300 ml water
- 50 gr butter
- Callebaut 54% chocolate in bars for filling
- Ice cream and almond flakes to serve

Method of cooking
Sift flour into a large bowl, add salt. Bring water and oil to a boil in a saucepan.
Pour the flour into the pot with oil and water, and mix with a wooden spoon, if there is a planetary mixer – with a hook nozzle. Knead an elastic dough, cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough thinly, press out circles of 6 cm in diameter and make dumplings. You can use any fillings you like.
I suggest making the first portion of dumplings with chocolate. I took Callebaut 54% chocolate, you can choose another chocolate, the main thing is that it has to be natural.
Dumplings can be cooked immediately, 1 minute boil is enough, or you can freeze them.
Immediately after cooking, fry in butter until they get crispy. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Add almond petals and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top before serving.
