I wouldn’t be wrong if I call cheese pancakes one of the most popular breakfasts. It is very quick to prepare them at home, and it is interesting to try them in cafes, because they are served with a variety of delicious sauces and curds.
Personally, this was the first breakfast that I prepared myself and since then I have not changed the recipe.

Method of cooking

Mash cheese, egg, vanilla sugar with a fork, add flour and mix well.

Form cheese pancakes with wet hands, weigh each one of them, if you want them all to be the same, roll them in flour.

Fry on medium heat on both sides.

You can serve them with honey, maple syrup, powdered sugar.

Add berries for freshness, and some roasted nuts for texture.
