Heat the milk to 40°C and dissolve there the yeast. Add warm butter and the oil.
Whip the eggs with sugar just a little bit.
Sift flour, add salt, mix well with a whisk.
Add eggs and sugar to the warm mixture, stir and gradually begin to introduce flour.
I set to knead the dough in a planetary mixer at minimum speed for 20 minutes.
