Chocolate muffins

PREPARATION

1 hour

PORTIONS

17-18 pieces

COMPLEXITY

easily

Do you remember the big muffins with cracked tops you often see in coffee shops? Well, following this recipe, you can cook exactly them! If you put more dough in the mold, you will get muffins. If you put less, you will get cupcakes.

You can make the latter even more colorful and festive: fill the middle with cherry confit, and make a “hat” out of Mascarpone-based cream. Take the recipe for the cream from the Meringue roll.

This will give you a contrast of sweet and sour flavors, which is always a good idea.
