When you can see wild leek in the local market, it means that the spring has come. The first greens are so fragrant, so desirable that you immediately want to run home to boil eggs and cook a salad.

 

I buy a bunch of wild leek, a bunch of green onion, a big bunch of dill and home eggs together. All you need to do more is to cook home mayonnaise, and cut a few slices of brown bread.
