Cherry tomateos, trout, and mint brusquettes

The recipe is vEry simple, but I give it to you for a reason. Once, when I was cooking breakfast, I aimed to sprinkle my brusquettes with parsley, but found none. I found some mint however. I decided to add mint instead, and to my huge astonishment, I discovered the perfect ingredient to combine with fish and tomatoes. So, be sure to try the brusquettes with mint.
Ingredients
- Ciabatta or French baguette (number of slices of your choice)
- 100-150 gr cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Dried oregano
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Lightly smoked trout or lightly salted salmon
- Feta cheese
- Mint
