New potatoes with asparagus
I give you a recipe for 2 persons, but to tell you the truth, I ate whole two portions by myself. I just love such ready solutions for lunch or dinner. When everything is on a single plate and harmoniously combined.

Boil new potatoes in salted water. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dill.
Clean the asparagus, cut off the root parts. Wrap it in bacon or pancetta. Fry in a pan or bake.
Get a large serving dish. Put yogurt with sun-dried tomatoes on it. On top place potatoes, asparagus, sliced cucumbers, and boiled eggs in a circle. Sprinkle with olive oil, pepper.
As for me, it’s a perfert summer lunch.
