Caramelized carrots with raisins and honey

Carrot is very juicy and sweet. It is so tasty as the process of caramelizations happens due to natural sugars in carrots.
I added a few ingredients in order to vary the taste and improve the texture.
You can eat this carrots as snack or as side dish to fish, meat, or other main courses.
Ingredients
- 14 medium carrots
- 50 gr raisins
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 sprigs of thyme
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
- Salt (to taste)
- Juice and peel of half an ornage
- Feta cheese (to decorate)
