Method of cooking
Boil the pasta in boiling water until al dente, when the pasta still retains its texture inside. This is an important point, we add the sauce to the pasta and if the pasta is completely cooked, it will lose its texture and become soggy.
You can find the recipe for homemade pesto sauce at the link (link to pesto in Cooking Basics).
If you are preparing pesto specifically for pasta, add four anchovy fillets, as this will add an even more interesting taste to the dish.
Drain the cooked pasta, mix it with our pesto sauce in a saucepan and place the dish on a serving plate.
Add Mozzarella cheese to hot pasta and decorate with basil.
You can make a salad with fresh vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, and onions for the pasta.
