Lean apple pie

Method of cooking
Add sugar and oil to the flour. Stir until you form crumbs.
Gradually add water to the crumbs and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts, larger and smaller. Wrap them in food film and put in the refrigerator for two hours.
Prepare the filling. Wash, peel and cut the apple into cubes.
Pour sugar into the pan and add 3 tablespoons of water. Wait for the sugar to dissolve, when the mixture starts to turn yellow, add the apples. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Put the apples in a bowl, add cinnamon and starch, and mix well.
Take the biggest part of the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out into a layer so that you can lay out the bottom and sides of the form, which are 22–24 cm in diameter.
Line the bottom of the form with baking parchment.
Put the filling on the dough.
Roll out the smaller part of the dough to cover the cake. Wrap the edges, and make an incision in the center of the pie for steam to escape.
Shake the cake with sugar.
Bake at 180°C for up to 1 hour.
