Sweet french toasts, salter cheese and an acid note in cranberry sauce. And a bitter note if you eat them with dark coffee.

Method of cooking

Prepare a mixture for French toast from eggs, sugar and milk. Mix everything well.

Put two pieces of cheese between the slices of bread. You can take more bread and cheese and make more toasts.

Heat a frying pan with butter and vegetable oil.

Dip the bread and cheese in the egg-milk mixture and put it on the pan. Fry on both sides until it gets golden brown.

Cut in half and serve with cranberry sauce.

For the cranberry sauce, put everything in a saucepan. Cranberries can be both fresh and frozen.

Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly, with the lid open. Excessive liquid should evaporate. In the process, you can add grated nutmeg or orange peel for flavor.

Beat the sauce with a blender and rub through a sieve.
