Corn porridge with caramelized apples

Method of cooking
I chose corn grits in bags as they are easy to cook. First, boil the porridge in water according to the instructions on the package.
Boil the milk, pour in the already boiled grits from the bags, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes, at the end add butter. Cover with a lid and set aside until serving.
Put butter, peeled and diced apples on a heated pan, sprinkle sugar on top. Caramelize on both sides until the apples get a beautiful caramel color.
Divide the porridge into bowls, put apples, almond flakes on top and lightly shake with cinnamon. You can pour honey on top too.
