Method of cooking


Sift the dry ingredients.

Combine the cream, egg and sugar and pour it all into the dry mixture. Mix everything well.

Fry on medium fire on both sides, in a non-stick pan. You can make large or small pancakes.

Coconut caramel sauce

Melt 100 gr of sugar to a beautiful, rich, caramel color in a saucepan with a thick bottom. You can stir it with a wooden spoon. The process of making dry caramel can be seen in the Basics of Cooking section.


Pour in hot coconut cream. Stir well.

Strain and pour over the pancakes.
