Method of cooking

Sift flour with baking soda.

Mix kefir, sugar, egg, and salt, then add flour and baking soda.

Mix everything well and leave to rest for 20 minutes.

Heat a pan with oil, spread the dough with a spoon, but do not stir the dough in a bowl.

Fry until a beautiful ruddy color on both sides.

Drizzle with fresh homemade honey, add berries.
