Preparation

Toast the bread in a pan with a non-stick coating until golden brown.

Mash the avocado, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut long thin strips of lightly salted salmon and sun-dried tomatoes. 

Place avocado, pieces of salmon, diced sun-dried tomatoes, and capers on the bread. Sprinkle lime juice on top and sprinkle with dill.
