It’s my personal favorite classic recipe of cookies with chocolate drops. For fragrance and texture, I added hazelnut. You can combine two chocolate types – dark and milk chocolate. Just be sure to choose a good-quality chocolate.
Ingredients
- 160 gr butter
- 150 gr brown sugar
- 1 egg C0
- 300 gr all-purpose flour
- 2 gr baking soda
- 3 gr baking powder
- 2 gr salt
- 200 gr milk chocolate in drops
- 50 gr chopped hazelnuts

Method of cooking
Add chocolate and nuts. Mix well until combined.
Heat the oven to 170°C.
With wet hands, form balls of 30 grams each. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment, at a distance from each other. Press each ball to a flattened cookie form.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
